Rosewood Group is a privately held commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Southern California. With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong track record of ground-up development and strategic acquisitions across high-growth metropolitan areas in California.

We specialize in low-coverage, multi-tenant industrial warehouses and grocery-anchored retail centers. Our vertically integrated team spans acquisitions, entitlements, pre-construction, legal, and property management—allowing us to execute with discipline and agility.
